The staff at Whizz-kidz just "get it". They totally understand how much fighting and struggling families with disabled children can face. They have gone the extra mile for our son and made him feel very special and not a burden.

Everything along the 'journey' to get Lili's new chair has been very, very good from communication to service.

The level of care was fantastic. The Occupational Therapist and the engineer went over every aspect of my new chair, making sure it suited my lifestyle. A very thorough assessment was carried out and I feel that I have got a chair that fully meets my needs.
The only improvement would be to try to shorten the length of time between application and assessment.

A very friendly and welcoming service. Nothing was a problem and even my son's complications were seen as a fantastic challenge rather than a barrier.
